Gandhinagar: Over 70 per cent works of Ahmedabad - Rajkot highway six lane conversion project have been over, said Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel today. Nitin Patel is also State minister for Road and Building department. He said that works on Okha - Bet Dwarka signature sea bridge are nearly completed. Ahmedabad: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will on Monday e-dedicate two new flyovers here at Sindhu Bhavan cross roads and Sanand junction.
While 245 meter long Sindhu Bhavan flyover has been built at cost of Rs. 35 crore, a 240 meter Sanand junction flyover has been built for Rs. 36 crore.

Ahmedaba: Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today said it has opened a 350 meter long and 12 meter wide road in Bodakdev area. The road opened today connects city's SG Highway to Shambhu Coffee Bar/Global Hospital. AMC opened it by demolishing two constructions and 6 cross walls that were blocking the road. Ahmedabad: A youth Rutvik Patel, son of Kalidas Patel, former Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person of Asian Granito India Ltd (AGL) died today in road accident. Ahmedabad: Road and Building minister Nitin Patel today visited the construction site of Sindhu Bhavan cross roads flyover at SG Highway here and said the flyover will be ready for traffic by the end of the month of August this year.
Patel said the same contractor is building a flyover in Sanand which shall be completed in the month of October. The other flyover at Vaishnodevi circle will be completed by the end of the month of October this year.

Ahmedabad: Sarkhej - Gandhinagar highway(SG highway) - one of the stretches that connect the city of Ahmedabad with capital Gandhinagar will be converted into a six-lane road at a cost of Rs 750 crore, said Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Nitin Patel in a statement today.

Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India(GoI) has given in principle approval for the new fly-over on the busy Sanand-Uvarsad junction on the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar highway in Ahmedabad.

The city of Ahmedabad will have a new underpass at Thaltej Gurudwara on Sarkhej-Gandhinagar highway. This Rs 55 crore underpass will be constructed by the National Highway Authority of India(NHAI).
