Gandhinagar: Out of 22 Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) signed during year 2015 and 2017 Vibrant Gujarat Global summits in Civil Aviation sector, 19 are in initial phase while one is functional. This detail was given by Civil Aviation minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama in his reply in the Gujarat Assembly.
