Gandhinagar: With a notion to revive the ‘Corona’ affected economy, trade and industry, under the ‘COVID-10 Relief Package’ Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has decided to waive stamp-duty for small and start-up industries. The decision would give waiving of the stamp-duty till October 31, 2020, to those start-ups which have been sanctioned a loan of Rs. 50,000.

Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister while participating in virtual meeting of Chief Ministers of ten states chaired by Prime minister Modi spoke about Gujarat's fight against Covid-19 pandemic. The Chief Minister said:
-Against 14,000 active cases, 55,000 have recovered and return home in Gujarat.
- Over one million tests have been conducted. Per one million population, 456 tests have been done per day.
-59 labs including 34 government labs are functional for reports of tests.

Gandhinagar: There has been yet another hike in the amount of fine charged for mask rule violation. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani today told media persons that Rs. 1,000 fine will be collected for violation of mask rule in the State starting from tomorrow as per the Gujarat High Court order. Since 1st August, the effective fine for not wearing mask in the State is Rs. 500. Earlier the amount of fine was Rs. 200 in the State barring in AMC area where fine was Rs. 500. DeshGujarat
